In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us with a copy of your original invoice within 28 days for an exchange or refund. You can send the item back to us via the postal service or take it to one of our UK stores.

Sale items sold at a marked down price must be returned within 14 days from the day that you receive them, and can only be returned to us via post.

We will exchange or refund unworn and unwashed items (excluding undergarments) that are in their original condition.
