AUBIN X KVATT
As part of our pledge to reducing our carbon footprint, we have partnered with Kvatt, an innovative reusable packaging start-up company to give you an alternative option. They’re on a mission to provide product companies like us with reusable packaging to send our goods out to you the customer.
It’s very simple. The service they provide is circular; if you opt to use Kvatt at checkout we will package your Aubin products using their sacks. Once you know you're happy with your product, return the Kvatt bag using the pre-paid label.
When the sacks can be used no longer, Kvatt have a partnership with a third party that will transform their sacks into road cones, extending the life even further which is so important.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS
You will be given the option at checkout to have your Aubin products sent out to you using Kvatt’s re-usable packaging. We have absorbed most of the additional cost, but it will require you to contribute £2. If your order is £80 or over you will receive our free delivery service, so you’d just need to pay the Kvatt packaging contribution. We will then package your Aubin products using their sacks which comes with a pre-paid returns label for you to then pop it in the post back to Kvatt to use again.
HOW TO RETURN IN 3 STEPS
1) CLOSE THE BAG
Empty the package and close the flap
2) SEAL & ADD RETURNS LABEL
We provide you with a return label. Cover the previous label.
3) POST
Drop the package into your nearest post-box. It’s free!
